Our family has sold all our properties with the exception of Dancing Dolphin.  We are not in a big rental pool, so with our 28 years of experience in the vacation rental industry, we understand what our guests need.

Our pricing is competitive, and in most cases a bit lower than those with like size home and the same amenities when booking direct.  We do not have any management fees and our cleaning fee is what we pay to our exceptional cleaners, not a penny more.  You pay state and local taxes, and a cleaning fee. That is it. Nothing extra.
