This place is great, we stayed with 2 infants and a child and there was plenty of space for us to spread out. The location is fantastic, with easy access to coffee, food and the beach.
The house is well maintained and thoughtfully decorated with all the basics covered. Strongly recommend this place for access to the pool and pier.

We truly enjoyed our stay it felt clean the minute you walked in the door and you get a great view of the Ocean! Location was perfect to fishing pier and restaurant along with being close to HEB ! We will definitely be back !

We take a family trip once a year. While my husband and I frequent Rockport often, this is a treat for the rest of the group. We come from San Antonio, Laredo, and Waco Tx plus one from Nuevo Laredo Mexico. So when I say it’s definitely worth the time we all took to get here I mean it. The host Doris, is super responsive and very attentive. We will most definitely book this one again and again. Till next time Rockport! Thank you Doris & Bill

Beautiful home! Great for two families to stay. Plenty of room, very kind and responsive host, the pool has a splash pad which is wonderful for young families, and we saw dolphins right out the back porch. Walking distance to water, fishing, and food. Quiet and cute community and a hot tub – which allowed for a very relaxing weekend. Kitchen had plenty of coffee and tea, anything you needed to host or cook, and bathrooms were stocked well with necessities for our stay. Hope to return soon!

This property was a perfect getaway with stunning views of Aransas Bay. The location was unbeatable. We loved walking to Fulton’s Irish Pub and the pier every evening. The house was beautifully furnished and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The arcade was a fantastic bonus for the kids, giving them their own space to enjoy. We had an unforgettable vacation and can’t wait to return.

I am beyond impressed with this home! It was spotlessly clean, had tons of amenities and clear instructions with easy check-in. We really loved our stay. If I had the $ I would rent this house for three weeks and just move from the hot tub with that great view to that great bathtub with a TV until I was a human raisin, lol.

Doris’s place is a great place for a relaxing family getaway in a beautiful location! You cannot beat the view… The house is exactly as described. Doris is responsive and friendly. And you can get up every morning for a walk along the water. It’s a quick walk to Fulton’s Irish Pub, which was a fun getaway for my family of young adult kids.

We had a wonderful time at this home. We could not have asked for more. The house was immaculate, very comfortable and had the most beautiful views of the bay. Doris was a pleasure to work with! We really enjoyed our stay and all the wonderful amenities including excellent location. There’s a local roadside coffee stand, kids playground, public fishing pier, bait stands, and an Irish pub style restaurant that are all walkable and very good! Just down the street from great shopping and lunch/dinner options!
